These groups are kept to a maximum of 4 people to ensure each participant receives personalized coaching and attention. Simply check the schedule for availability that fits your needs and I'll get you plugged into the ideal small group session.

  • While training in a small group setting, you'll receive programming that is fully customized to your individual needs and goals. Each week, the workouts are intelligently designed to systematically target upper body, lower body, and full body through a strategic split - tailored to your specific schedule and aspirations.

    Within the group, every exercise selection and coaching cue is adapted to precisely meet you at your current fitness level. This allows you to maximize results and train smarter, not harder. You'll benefit from the energy of the small group while still receiving the individualized attention and programming you need to shine.

  • Absolutely not! I offer single session purchases if you prefer to pay as you go. This flexibility allows you to try out the training experience before committing to a full package.

    However, I do provide an introductory package at a discounted rate for new clients. This intro offer is the perfect way to sample a series of sessions and get a taste for how we'll work together to achieve your fitness goals. It's a great option to thoroughly experience the programming and coaching before deciding on a longer-term plan.

    Ultimately, both single sessions and packages are available to accommodate your needs and budget. The intro package simply provides a discounted way to immerse yourself in the training process from the start.
