If I want to join a semi-private training group, do I need to find my own workout partners?

Not at all! I have pre-existing semi-private training groups that you can seamlessly join. These groups are kept to a maximum of 4 people to ensure each participant receives personalized coaching and attention. Simply reach out to me and I’ll get you setup with an ideal group for you.

How personalized is the semi-private training experience?

While training in a small group setting, you'll receive programming that is fully customized to your individual needs and goals. Each week, the workouts are intelligently designed to systematically target upper body, lower body, and full body through a strategic split - tailored to your specific schedule and aspirations.

Within the group, every exercise selection and coaching cue is adapted to precisely meet you at your current fitness level. This allows you to maximize results and train smarter, not harder. You'll benefit from the energy of the small group while still receiving the individualized attention and programming you need to shine.

What is the typical duration of training sessions?

Each training session is designed to be an efficient yet comprehensive 60-minute workout. We begin with a 10-15 minute dynamic warm-up to prime your body and minimize injury risk. The following 45 minutes are devoted to meticulously-programmed strength training tailored to your specific goals.

This dedicated strength training portion allows us to systematically train every muscle group through a strategic blend of compound lifts, accessory movements, and robust volume prescriptions. My programming maximizes every minute to provide an intense yet safe workout within the 60-minute session window.

Do I need to purchase a training package upfront?

Absolutely not! I offer single session purchases if you prefer to pay as you go. This flexibility allows you to try out the training experience before committing to a full package.

However, I do provide an introductory package at a discounted rate for new clients. This intro offer is the perfect way to sample a series of sessions and get a taste for how we'll work together to achieve your fitness goals. It's a great option to thoroughly experience the programming and coaching before deciding on a longer-term plan.

Ultimately, both single sessions and packages are available to accommodate your needs and budget. The intro package simply provides a discounted way to immerse yourself in the training process from the start.

I'm completely new to weight training and feeling intimidated. Is personal training right for me?

Being new to weight training can absolutely feel daunting, but everyone has to start somewhere! Personal training provides the perfect environment to build confidence and master proper form from the ground up.

As an experienced coach, I'll meet you exactly where you are in your fitness journey without any judgement. My speciality is making beginners feel comfortable and empowered as we focus on technique with just the right level of challenge. Together, we'll lay a strong foundation so you can train safely, prevent injuries, and start seeing results quickly.
